Siddharth Mahajan London is a self-made man, who reached Kerala to pursue his college education. Sidd Mahajan enrolled himself in the Oriental School of Hotel Management and completed his three-year Bachelor’s course in Hotel Management in 2002. This course included an International Hotel Hospitality Diploma with the prestigious American Hotel Lodging Association, which gave him a kind of expertise that many of his peers might not have had. He was then placed immediately with a job in the Oberoi group of hotels in its Rajvilas property in Jaipur. Oberoi Rajvilas in Jaipur is a five-star hotel in India and Siddharth Mahajan was working as a Front Office Assistant and Supervisor till 2005. 

After his stint in the Oberoi hotel, Sidd Mahajan flew abroad to explore more opportunities. He worked with another reputed group in the hospitality sector –Amba Hotel, Marble Arch. Siddharth Mahajan London held the profile of a Guest Relations Manager there and his services earned him great appreciation from the guests. He then went on to work with Canary Wharf as Operations Manager before he decided to start up and become a business owner, accomplishing his own dreams for his future.

In 2011, Siddharth Mahajan London fashioned a company to deliver Serviced Rooms and Short-Lets services covering the prime London business districts of Canary Wharf and Stratford areas. The business was established with an initial inventory of 9 Apartments comprising 30 X Service Rooms on various leases. After a successful start in the first year of business, the company acquired 23 additional apartments on lease by May 2013. Furthermore, the Tulip Team expanded by bringing onboard administration executives and cleaners to provide great services to all the tenants. 

With the increase in demand, the company started acquiring 4-5 HMO Bedroom Houses on leases and started letting out serviced rooms on short notice. The standard of services provided in these apartments was always a highlight in the tenants’ reviews and satisfaction surveys. In 2016, Tulip Real Estate London added Mansfield RoadBlock and Gants Hill Block to its kitty to increase its portfolio. Eventually, the Tulip Team underwent more expansion by adding more professionals for the management of the operation and attainment of various blocks to extend the growing model. I was born in India on 14.1.81 and am aged 38 years old. I completed my education in India and obtained a degree in hotel management from India at the Oriental School of Hotel Management. This degree included a 3 year International Hotel Hospitality Diploma with Honours (95%) with the American Hotel Lodging Association. I began work at The Oberoi Rajvilas in Jaipur, India, a 5 Star Deluxe Hotel from December 2002 until February 2005 as a Front Office Assistant /Supervisor.
